Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I order?
We print on high-quality Gildan t-shirts. They typically run a touch larger than standard. You can view our Sizing Guide here.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-2 days to produce, and are shipped out using Royal Mail delivery on the same day as production. On this basis, we expect to have your item delivered around a week after order.

There's a problem with my order/delivery.
In the unlikely instance you're unhappy with your order, you can get in touch with us through support@wigsaw.com. We'd be happy to replace or refund any items you're unhappy with once they've been returned to our office.

If your order is lost, stolen, or irretrievable through no fault of your own, we would be happy to replace it. In these rare cases, please contact us through support@wigsaw.com with your order number and all relevant information.

Can I change/cancel my order after it's been placed?
Feel free to get in touch with us through support@wigsaw.com and we will update the progress of the order. If the order is too far along, we will happily arrange a refund once your item has been returned to us.

Are my details safe when I shop on Wigsaw?
We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times.

We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
